For payments on your Chapter 13 case that are not being remitted by Employer Deduction Order:
The Trustee’s office accepts payments by personal check, money order or cashier’s check. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH. We will accept your personal check provided that one has not previously been returned by your bank.
Please be certain to legibly include your full name, Chapter 13 case number and address on all payments mailed to our office. Failure to provide this information may result in your payment being returned to you and a delay on maintaining current payments in your case.
Make all payments payable to Chapter 13 Trustee, Nancy J. Whaley and mail your payment to the following address:
