In order to send electronic orders for review and to gain express permission by the Staff Attorney to sign his/her name, email your order as noted below for the Judge assigned to the case. The Staff Attorney will review and reply with comments or permission to sign his/her name. Please note that you are responsible for uploading your orders to chambers.

Tax Returns
To submit tax returns to the Trustee, you must use the secure portal of Bankruptcy Documents (Bankruptcy Documents). If you do not have an account, you can use the same link to create an account or you must mail the tax return to our office address below. Under no circumstances should you email your tax return to our office.
