This course fulfills the requirement of a mandatory class dealing with financial management before an individual can receive a discharge in their bankruptcy case. This is a FREE CLASS for anyone who has a case assigned to Nancy J. Whaley, Standing Chapter 13 Trustee. If you have already taken the class through an approved source, it is not necessary to repeat the course. We offer this course at two locations, Atlanta and Gainesville.
