Procedures for submitting Orders via e-mail This applies for orders to submitted to Judge Massey, Judge Mullins, and Judge Brizendine. If you would like to submit your orders via e-mail, the attorney for the Trustee will review the order and give you express permission to sign their name via email. It is your responsibility to submit the order to the Judges’ Chambers. How do I submit an order? An order must be an attachment to an e-mail in either Word, Word Perfect or PDF. The order must contain the presenting attorney’s signature- represented by the /s/ and the consenting attorney (if applicable) with the /s/. The attorneys in the Trustee’s office will review the order and reply with permission to sign the order. If there is a problem with the order, the order will be returned via e-mail with comments. To submit orders select the appropriate link below. Please do not send orders to individual email addresses; rather use the appropriate address for each Judge seen below: Orders for Judge Mullins Cases Orders for Judge Brizendine (Gainesville) Cases
